Bleach Chapters are driving me crazy lately,

This is what Mr.Foo replied while interviewed by T.O.C representative,

"Many of my friends asked me, what i am going to do after my SPM with my 9As results, i told them that i am interested in automotive technology such as repairing, maintaining, and diagnosing car problems. I finally took up the challenge to join TOC to realise my dream. After almost four weeks, i found that TOC is a GOOD place for me to further my studies in automotive specialisation. I am excited about my future prospects in the automotive industry."

So he actually withdrew from this college after few months.
I accidentally went through this paper recently and i interview back Mr.Foo why he actually said that T.O.C is a GOOD place to the papers.

He told me HE DIDN'T.
Does that mean T.O.C editor EDITED it??
Mr. Foo can actually sue them for editing what he said,
he was complaining all the shyts in T.O.C including the dudes there arent having an oily shining chest for him,
and i don't believe he would actually said that T.O.C is a GOOD place.

I guess,
T.O.C is just a college where they use advertisement and their super cool orange-white uniform where u can only spotted it during Edu Fair.
Get What i mean?

If T.O.C is so smart in editing people's speech,
you might as well get some hot chicks promoting for your all-guys-college.
ya, HOT.


After foo has been totally annoyed by every aspect of T.O.C,
he joins the new manly College,
